Victoria Dawn Justice (born February 19, 1993) is an American actress, singer, model, and dancer. She is best known for roles of Lola Martinez on Zoey 101 and Tori Vega on Victorious.

Career

On the show, her character is a perky actress who quickly becomes best friends with other students like Zoey Brooks and Nicole Bristow. Justice then played Tammi Dyson on the Nickelodeon original movie, Spectacular!. Justice also guest-starred on Disney Channel's The Suite Life of Zack and Cody in the episode "The Fairest of Them All" as a junior beauty pageant winner named Rebecca. She has also appeared on The WB's TV shows Gilmore Girls and Everwood. Additionally, she guest-starred on an episode of The Naked Brothers Band. The Orlando Sentinel reported in August 2008 that Justice had signed a talent deal with Nickelodeon and that the network was developing a new sitcom starring the actress. The show, Victorious, starring herself, takes place in a performing arts high school and premiered in early 2010 where she portrayed Tori Vega. She also guest-starred in the iCarly TV movie, iFight Shelby Marx, and in another iCarly episode, iParty With Victorious, as Tori Vega. Since 2015, she has focused more on modeling, gaining a large Instagram following, and currently has a recurring role in the Facebook Watch series, Queen America.

Personal Life

Justice was born in Hollywood, Florida. She is of Puerto Rican heritage on her mother's side, and mostly of Irish descent on her father's side along with German, English, and French.

Trivia

When landing the role of Lola, Victoria said, "I was extremely happy; I was bouncing up and down and screaming. That was a really great moment." ^[1]
She used to be best friends with former co-star Alexa Nikolas. They knew each other since they were babies. In 2019, when talking about why she left the show, Nikolas stated that "we got into a weird dispute, I think it was about a boy … [when I got to set the next day] she was whispering to everybody and saying things about me and not being friends with me anymore." ^[2]
Victoria Justice's character in the movie Perfect Pairing is also named Lola.
From among the main cast members of Zoey 101 Victoria Justice is older only than Paul Butcher as Sean Flynn, Christopher Massey, Matthew Underwood, Erin Sanders, Jamie Lynn Spears, Austin Butler and Alexa Nikolas are all older than Victoria Justice.
