Todd is an actor who appears in Zoey 102. Zoey hires Todd to pose as her boyfriend and date to her best friend's wedding. However, Mark Del Figgalo and Stacey Dillsen become suspicious of his actions, thinking he is the killer they are looking for. When Logan and Quinn hold a karaoke contest for their wedding reception, Todd and Chase Matthews, who is Zoey's ex, have a dance-off, which Todd wins.
During Logan and Quinn's wedding, Zoey and Todd's fake relationship is revealed when she admits she hired him and that she has been working through her friend's special day. At the end, it is revealed that Todd is indeed the true culprit and is keeping someone in a body bag, although it is not known to anyone.
