Stacy is a girl who stole Zoey's backpack idea in the episode Backpack. She is defeated when Zoey decided to make backpacks with built-in MP3 players and back massagers. Quinn's banapple fruit juice ruined Stacy's bike seat, and Stacy rode away on her burnt bike, never to be seen again on the show.
