Hot Dean is the 3rd episode in Season 3 and the 27th episode in the Nickelodeon TV series Zoey 101, the episode aired on October 22, 2006.
Plot
PCA's, new Dean, Dean Taylor, who a majority of the girls at the school are enamored with, fills in for Dean Rivers when Dustin, his friends and Quinn hit Dean Rivers with a model airplane by mistake. Meanwhile, the girls' Dorm Advisor Coco has just been dumped by her boyfriend Carl. Zoey and her friends set up Dean Taylor and Coco on a date at Sushi Rox because they are tired about Coco's complaints about Carl.

- Zoey has posters of KT Tunstall, and We Are Scientists on her dorm room wall.
- Lola has a poster of Anberlin, a Christian Rock band, on her dorm wall.
- It is discovered that Michael plays the flute.
- In this episode, Kazu reminds Chase to not burn down his restaurant again, an incident that happened in the second season episode, "People Auction".
- This is the last confirmed appearance of Kazu. His appearances in Quarantine, Trading Places and Quinn Misses the Mark are all either cameo appearances or chef's that are unconfirmed to be him.
- The soy sauce that is being served at Sushi Rox is a real product that can be bought in any store.
